Kargil, March 20 -- The Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd) and First Lady, Smt Neelam Mishra today hosted an Iftar Party in Kargil for religious heads, political leaders and Administrative Officials.
