Kargil, Nov. 30 -- The District Administration Kargil successfully conducted a fair and transparent examination for District Cadre posts at the Matriculation level here in Kargil today.

The massive exercise was conducted in two shifts, facilitated across 44 centers in total. This included 43 centers located strategically within Kargil town and its suburbs, and one dedicated center at the Government Degree College, Zanskar, to ensure accessibility for candidates from that region.

The examination saw a high turnout of aspirants across the district. A total of around 84 percent of the 19,970 enrolled candidates appeared for the test.
