Kargil, Jan. 13 -- The Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Kargil hosted a dinner party at Hotel The Kargil in honour of Chief Secretary, Union Territory of Ladakh, Ashish Kundra, IAS, following his assumption of charge as the new Chief Secretary.
