, March 3 -- Srinagar, March 3 - Jammu and Kashmir showcased its significant advancements in waste management and circular economy practices at the 12th Regional 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) and Circular Economy Forum in Asia and the Pacific, held in Rajasthan from March 3rd to 5th, 2025.

The Union Territory's innovative Dal Lake Weed Processing Unit, managed by the Jammu and Kashmir Lakes Conservation and Management Authority (LCMA), was a highlight of the forum. Dignitaries from across the country, including Sh. Manohar Lal Khattar, Hon'ble Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, and Sh.
