Jammu, Dec. 3 -- The Foundation Day of Assam and Nagaland was celebrated in Jammu Kashmir Lok Bhavan in presence of Lieutenant Governor, Shri Manoj Sinha. Statehood was officially conferred to Nagaland on 1 December 1963 while Assam Celebrates its Foundation Day on 2nd December.
