Leh, Feb. 6 -- SAS&T, UoL Stakna campus in collaboration with Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Nyoma organized an exposure tour on 5 February 2026 under the MIDH project for 22 farmers from Rong villages (Nee, Kesser, Srhayul, Hemya, Liktse, Tukla and Phulak) under the guidance of Dr. Phuntsog Tundup, Head, Krishi Vigyan Kendra Nyoma, who is also the Principal Investigator of the project along with Dr. Sonam Spaldon, Scientist, SAS&T, UoL.

The exposure visit aimed to enhance farmers' knowledge of advanced and location-specific agricultural technologies suited to Ladakh high-altitude cold-arid conditions, particularly protected cultivation.
