Kargil, May 22 -- The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Kargil, today commenced a Three day Orientation, Induction, Refresher and Community Mediation Training Program for Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) of district Kargil at Conference Hall Baroo.

The inaugural session was held in the presence of Hon'ble Chairman DLSA, Ms. Spalzes Angmo, Chief Judicial Magistrate Kargil, Mr. Wangial Tsering, Chairman TLSC Sankoo Ms Deldan Angmo , Secretary DLSA Mr. Chemit Yurgal, Deputy Chief Legal Defence Counsel Kargil Adv Zarina Banoo, Assistant LADC Adv Nissar Hussain, Panel Lawyer Adv Haji Murtaza & Adv Kacho Manzoor Ali Khan and a large number of PLVs from across the district participated in the training.
