Kargil, Nov. 26 -- District Legal Services Authority Kargil celebrated Constitution Day today on 26th of November, 2025 at Conference Hall, Baroo. The programme was chaired by Principal District & Session Judge Kargil / Chairman DLSA Kargil Mr. Sheikh Gowher Hussain, and attended by Secretary DLSA Kargil, Mr Chemit Yurgyal, President Bar Member, Mr. Reyaz Ahmed Khan, Panel Lawyers, Bar Members, APP District Court Kargil, Deputy Chief LADC Adv Zarina Banoo, Assistant LADC Adv Nissar Hussain, District court Staff Members and Para Legal Volunteers.

The programme commenced by Preamble reading Session in which Mr. Chemit Yurgyal Secretary DLSA read the Preamble of the Constitution.
