Kargil, Nov. 27 -- The District Level, India Skills Competition 2025 for Graphic Designing Technology was successfully held today at Government Degree College (GDC) Kargil, providing a platform for young creative minds to showcase their talent and gain exposure in the field of modern skill development.

The programme was inaugurated by Principal GDC Kargil, Disket Angmo, along with Dr. Javed Iqbal, UT Nodal Officer for Skill Courses, Higher Education UT Ladakh, Incharge Superintendent ITI Kargil, Skill Convenor of GDC, skill trainers, and student participants.
