Kargil, June 27 -- Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC Kargil, Rakesh Kumar, today attended the final match of the Dardic Premier League Cricket Tournament, organized by DLS Club Shimsha at Khree Sultan Choo Stadium, Biamathang, Kargil.
