Kargil, Feb. 15 -- Deputy Commissioner/Chairman, District Level Steering Committee for Lakhpati Didi Initiative, Shrikant Suse today chaired the first District Level Steering Committee meeting to review the implementation of 'Lakhpati Didi Initiative' in the district.

The meeting was attended by ADC Kargil, DSWO Kargil, ACD Kargil, CPO Kargil and heads/representatives of the various line departments as well as program coordinator SKUAST Kargil and UT Nodal officer skill Development (Higher Education).

At the outset of the meeting, a detailed presentation was delivered by District Project Manager, Kargil, National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) Muneer Rasool who highlighting the objectives and progress of this ambitious initiative.
