SRINAGAR, Feb. 24 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today flagged off the second season of the fastest Electric Vehicle (EV) drive, Kashmir to Kanyakumari (K2K), from the lawns of Sher-i-Kashmir International Convention Center (SKICC).
