Leh, April 30 -- The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench, conducted a circuit sitting at the Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Centre, Melongthang, Leh, aimed at facilitating accessible and efficient justice delivery for the residents of the Union Territory of Ladakh.
