, Dec. 5 -- The Centre for International Relations (CIR), Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), organised an orientation programme under the CIR Coaching Academy titled "How to Crack Civil Services: A Practical Roadmap." The session was delivered by Mr. Mir Mushtaq Qadir, a seasoned civil services mentor with over two decades of experience in guiding aspirants.
