Leh, May 15 -- The Chief Secretary of the Union Territory of Ladakh, Dr. Pawan Kotwal IAS, chaired a meeting at the Civil Secretariat in Leh to review the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the procurement of Apricot Dryer Machines.
