Leh, May 2 -- The Chief Secretary of the Union Territory of Ladakh, Dr. Pawan Kotwal, chaired a meeting at the Civil Secretariat in Leh to review the progress of compliance reduction and deregulation initiatives under the Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) framework.
