Leh, March 12 -- The Chief Secretary and Chairperson of the State Cooperative Development Committee (SCDC), Dr. Pawan Kotwal, chaired a meeting at Civil Secretariat Leh to review the preparations for the celebration of the International Year of Cooperatives (IYC) in Ladakh.
