Kargil, May 31 -- Scientist-D Gulzar Ahmad Khan from the Central Sericultural Research and Training Institute (CSRTI), Gallander Pampore, under the Central Silk Board, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, along with two progressive farmers, Murtaza Ali and Manzoor Hussain, met with Executive Councilor for Social Welfare/Agriculture/Animal & Sheep Husbandry/ICDS, LAHDC, Kargil, Aga Sayeed Mujtaba Mussavi, today.
