New Delhi, Oct. 16 -- The Hon'ble Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC), LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohammad Jaffer Akhoon, today met with the students of Government Degree College (GDC) Zanskar at the Ladakh Bhawan, Kargil Wing, New Delhi.
