Jammu, Jan. 6 -- The Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC), LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, today met the Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir, Shri Omar Abdullah, at Jammu and held detailed discussions on issues of mutual interest concerning the people of Ladakh and Jammu & Kashmir.

During the interaction, the Hon'ble CEC highlighted the concerns of students from Ladakh seeking admission in educational institutions of Jammu & Kashmir, and stressed the importance of continued cooperation to support their academic future. The Hon'ble Chief Minister assured full cooperation and extended all possible support in this regard.
