Kargil, July 10 -- In a significant development for the region, Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, laid the foundation stone for the construction of a modern Finance Complex at Kurbathang, Kargil.

The ceremony was attended by prominent officials, including Additional Deputy Commissioner Kargil Imteeaz Kacho, Councillor Abdul Wahid, Chief Controller Finance, Chief Planning Officer, Executive Engineer R&B, and other senior officers.
