Kargil, Oct. 6 -- Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon today conducted a surprise inspection of directorates of various departments and the Council Secretariat offices to assess the functioning, attendance, and overall work environment of the departments.

The CEC was accompanied by Executive Councillor Ponchuk Tashi, Deputy Commissioner Kargil Rakesh Kumar, Chief Controller Finance Iftikhar Hussain, and Assistant Executive Engineer (R&B) Mansoor Hussain.
