Kargil, July 21 -- Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC) of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, met with parents and specially abled students at his office today to discuss concerns related to educational access and inclusive facilities.

During the meeting, the delegation apprised Dr. Akhoon of the difficulties faced by specially abled children in accessing education. They stressed the urgent need for inclusive infrastructure and supportive treatment within the school system.

Dr. Akhoon assured the visitors that the matter is a top priority for the council. He expressed personal commitment to addressing the concerns raised and promised proactive steps.
