Kargil, Dec. 24 -- Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC), LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon chaired a meeting at his office chamber in the Council Secretariat, Kargil, today to review and finalise arrangements for the Kargil-Srinagar-Jammu-Chandigarh AN-32 Winter Courier Service.
