Kargil, Feb. 25 -- Chairman/Chief Executive Councillor (CEC), LAHDC, Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon today attended the graduation ceremony of the rISE (rZamba Initiative for Sustainable Education) fellows, a program supported by the Royal Enfield Social Mission to ensure the holistic well-being of children in Ladakh.
