Kargil, Dec. 26 -- Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon today attended the inaugural ceremony of the newly constructed Indoor Stadium at Goma Kargil, marking a significant milestone in strengthening sports infrastructure in the district.

The project has been completed at a cost of Rs.309.86 lakh and was executed by the Public Works Department (R&B). The inauguration ceremony was attended by Executive Councillor LAHDC Kargil, Kacho Mohd Feroz, Joint Director Youth Services & Sports UT Ladakh Tahir Hussain Zubdavi, Councillor Town Haji Abbas Adulpa, Chief Education Officer Kargil, other district officers, and a large number of local residents.
