Kargil, Sept. 19 -- Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC), LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd. Jaffer Akhoon today inaugurated the Grand Kisan Mela-cum-Exhibition 2025 organized by Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Zanskar.

The inaugural session was attended by Executive Councillor Er. Phunchok Tashi, SDM Zanskar Omkar Rajendra, Senior Scientist Dr. Mehdi, along with other concerned officers, officials, progressive farmers, and members of Self Help Groups (SHGs).
