Kargil, April 29 -- Chairman/Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC, Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon today distributed Senior Citizen Cards at Council Secretariat, Kargil.

Executive Councillor, Social Welfare Syed Mujtaba, EC Revenue Kacho Mohd Feroz, EC RDD Er. Punchok Tashi, Director Social Welfare, Tashi Dolma, Incharge District Social Welfare/Joint Director Planning, Abdul Hadi, Accounts Officer, Social Welfare, Mohd Hussain, Councillor Parkachik, along with several senior citizens were present.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Akhoon highlighted the various benefits associated with the Senior Citizen Card, including access to government welfare schemes and priority services.
