Jammu, April 17 -- In a strongly worded communication, Advocate Deepak Sharma, practicing at the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, has submitted a formal complaint to the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) highlighting the ongoing, targeted violence against the Hindu community in Murshidabad, West Bengal.
