Kargil, Sept. 24 -- Lt Colonel Paramjeet Singh of the 8 Mountain Division today called on Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, at his office chamber. He was accompanied by a group of ex-servicemen.

During the meeting, Lt Colonel Paramjeet Singh extended a warm invitation to Dr. Akhoon for the first-ever Suru Autumn Carnival 2025, scheduled to be held at Khumbuthang Military Station on October 1st and 2nd.
