Srinagar, Dec. 12 -- Police have cracked a major livestock theft case in Pulwama and recovered stolen sheep, a police spokesperson informed Thursday.
He said police have recovered 47 sheep that were stolen from Banderpora during the intervening night of 17-18 November 2025. These sheep were traced and recovered from Kulan Kangan, Ganderbal.
During sustained investigation, police arrested two accused - Abdul Razak Bajad, son of Mohammad Shafi of Kandiyal Akhnoor, and Mohammad Jeelani Barghat, son of Mohammad Zar of Dova Rajouri.
