Srinagar, Nov. 18 -- CPI(M) leader M. Y. Tarigami on Monday expressed serious concern over reports of Kashmiri students and labourers facing harassment in different parts of the country in the aftermath of the recent terrorist attack in Delhi.
Tarigami said that while those involved in the "heinous terrorist act" must be brought to justice, innocent citizens must not be subjected to intimidation or suspicion. He warned that the emerging environment of fear is creating anxiety among young people studying outside Jammu and Kashmir.
