Srinagar, March 5 -- Inhabitants of several villages in the Tangmarg area of North Kashmir's Baramulla district have expressed resentment against the Power Development Department (PDD) for failing to provide them with adequate electricity, especially during the holy month of Ramadan.
Speaking to Kashmir Images, the residents said they are not receiving electricity as per the schedule and are facing tremendous hardships, particularly during Sehri and Iftar times.
Locals from Warapora, Baba Reshi, Hajibal, Ziran, Mullabangil, Fajipora, Budipora, and the main town of Tangmarg said they receive electricity for merely two to four hours a day.
