Srinagar, Nov. 9 -- Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K), in collaboration with the Voluntary Medicare Society (VMS), has launched a University Social Responsibility (USR) initiative titled "Wheels to Wings."
The program is aimed at providing skill-based learning and entrepreneurial exposure to youth with disabilities within the university setting. It focuses on developing practical knowledge in agriculture, innovation, and entrepreneurship while promoting self-reliance and confidence among participants.
