SRINAGAR, Jan. 24 -- District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Srinagar, today organised a meeting of trained mediators and panel lawyers which was convened by the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Srinagar, at ADR Centre, District Court Complex, Srinagar, to review and strengthen the implementation of the national initiative "Mediation for the Nation 2.0."
During the meeting, the Secretary, DLSA Srinagar emphasized the vital role of mediation in providing speedy, cost-effective, and amicable resolution of disputes, thereby reducing the burden on courts and promoting access to justice.
