SRINAGAR, Dec. 22 -- In a bid to strengthen the implementation of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) in schools, the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Association of Social Workers (JKASW) and support of UNICEF, organised one-day orientation programme for 100 selected Heads of Institutions (HOIs) and Cluster Heads from 10 districts of the Kashmir division at SCERT, Srinagar.
The orientation workshop was facilitated by Senior Academic Officer, Sheikh Gulzar Ahmad and the JKASW team.
The JKASW team educated the participants on the finer aspects of ECCE and the critical role of AAYAs (ECCE Helpers) in education.
