KULGAM, Jan. 24 -- In view of the inclement weather conditions, Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare and Education, Sakeena Itoo, conducted a surprise inspection of District Hospital Kulgam and took stock of the patient care and other healthcare services being provided to patients.

During the visit, the Minister inspected different wards of the hospital, including the Emergency section and other critical sections and took on spot appraisal of the facilities available for the public.
