Srinagar, Dec. 28 -- S.S. Sodhi, Member of the Governing Body of the National Rifle Association of India and President of the Jammu & Kashmir Rifle Association, today called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha.
During the meeting, Sodhi briefed the Lieutenant Governor on the initiatives being undertaken by the J&K Rifle Association to nurture budding shooters and support emerging talent in Jammu and Kashmir.
He also discussed the scope and preparedness for hosting national and international shooting events in the Union Territory, aimed at promoting sports culture and providing greater exposure to local athletes.
