Leh, Jan. 24 -- The Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, today handed over the Appointment Letters to newly recruited youth during the Appointment Letter Distribution Ceremony under the 18th phase of the Rozgar Mela, held at the 16th Battalion of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Leh.
On the occasion, DGP Mukesh Singh, Administrative Secretary Bhanu Prabha and ITBP officials were present.
