SRINAGAR, Dec. 2 -- Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana, today held a series of meetings with multiple delegations in Srinagar.

The groups raised matters related to water supply schemes, forest and environmental concerns, as well as service-related issues of Rehbar-e-Janglat employees.

The delegations briefed the Minister on various bottlenecks hindering the effective service delivery in their respective areas.

The Minister issued on-spot directions to the concerned departmental wings for time-bound, transparent and immediate resolution of all the issues raised by the delegations.
