Srinagar, Feb. 27 -- The Meteorological Department Wednesday forecast light to moderate rains and snow over both Jammu and Kashmir divisions till February 28.
An official said that in the past 24 hours, the higher reaches of Jammu & Kashmir received light to moderate rain & snow, while heavy snowfall occurred over isolated higher reaches.
He said the weather will remain generally cloudy with light to moderate rain and snow at most places with heavy rain and snow at isolated places in both Kashmir and Jammu divisions till February 28.
