Kulgam, Jan. 18 -- : District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat, today chaired a meeting of concerned officers to review arrangements put in place for celebration of National event in the district.

The meeting discussed threadbare arrangements including security, seating arrangement as per Covid protocol, car parking, transportation, illumination of buildings, refreshments, accommodation, sanitation and other arrangements.

It was informed that the national flag will be unfurled by the chief guest followed by the parade comprising the contingents from JKP, CRPF, NCC cadets and other contingents.
