Srinagar, Dec. 8 -- Police in Srinagar have attached immovable property worth approximately Rs 75 lakhs belonging to a "notorious" drug peddler under the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.

According to the statement, the attached property comprises a residential house along with 6 marlas of land situated at Pamposh Colony, Noorbagh. The asset is registered in the name of Mohammad Irfan Sheikh, son of Mohammad Ashraf Sheikh, who is involved in FIR No. 48/2025 U/S 8/22 NDPS Act at Police Station Sangam.
