SRINAGAR, April 29 -- The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has announced scheduled power shutdowns in several areas of north Kashmir in May 2025 to facilitate branch cutting work along high-voltage transmission lines.
According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, the 33 kv Nehalpora-Gulmarg line will undergo maintenance, resulting in the shutdown of the 33/11 kv Receiving Stations at Tangmarg and Kulhama. Consequently, power supply to Tangmarg, Kulhama, and adjoining areas will remain affected from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on May 10 and May 14, 2025.
