Srinagar, Feb. 10 -- The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has announced scheduled power shutdowns in several areas of the Valley due to maintenance and line works on multiple transmission lines.

According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, shutdown of the 33 kV Nowbugh-Nagam line and 33 kV Nowbugh-Chadoora line will be observed on February 14 and 16, 2026. As a result, power supply to Kakawring, Yousmarg, Charar-i-Sharief, Hayatpora, Nagam, Badipora, Hafroo, Loolipora, Watkaloo, Gogjipathri, Ranger, Sogam, Repora, Dawlatpora, Panzan, Lalgam, Chadoora, Wathoora, Bugam, Gadsathoo, Kathairgund and adjoining areas will remain affected from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
