GANDERBAL, Jan. 21 -- Principal District & Sessions Judge (Chairman District Legal Services Authority), Ganderbal, Abdul Nasir, today chaired the 1st Under Trial Review Committee (UTRC) meeting of 2026, here.
The meeting aimed to ensure the timely review and release of undertrial prisoners, thereby promoting their rights and access to justice.
