Srinagar, April 22 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah on Monday voiced concern over alleged efforts of the BJP to pit people against each other to achieve its own end.

Speaking at a public rally in KD Pora in Wachi (Zainpora) and Yaripora Kulgam Omar said, "Statements are being made to make people fight against each other. Attempts are being made to create tension between different religions."

Challenging the BJP to provide evidence of any Muslim demanding privileges beyond their rightful share, he said, "We never asked for more than what we're entitled to, never.
