BANDIPORA, Dec. 30 -- District Employment & Counselling Centre, Bandipora, under the Directorate of Employment, J&K, organised a Women Entrepreneurship & SHG Mela at Government Degree College, Sumbal, to promote women entrepreneurship and self-reliance.
The event showcased stalls featuring homemade products, handicrafts, handloom items and start-up initiatives by women entrepreneurs and Self-Help Groups from across the district.
Member of Legislative Assembly, Sonawari Constituency, Advocate Hilal Akbar Lone presided over the event, which witnessed enthusiastic participation from women entrepreneurs, SHG members, students and the general public.
