Srinagar, Feb. 2 -- MD KPDCL Mahmood Ahmad Shah today visited District Baramulla where he chaired a meeting of engineers to review the power scenario and implementation of various centrally sponsored schemes.
Besides SE Muhammad Hussain, the meeting was attended by Executive Engineer Ajaz Ronga and other engineering /officers of Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Ltd.
At the outset, MD KPDCL took a firsthand appraisal of the power scenario and directed the officer to ensure a smooth power supply to all the major towns of the District and far-flung areas.
MD was apprised of the damages to the transformers and replacements thereof.
