Srinagar, April 26 -- Apni Party Vice President and candidate for the LS polls in the Rajouri-Anantnag parliamentary constituency, Zaffar Iqbal Manhas, on Thursday, said that the regional leaders and parties have consistently obstructed democracy and democratic institutions in Jammu and Kashmir, preventing its flourishing in the region.
He said that the leaders whom people trusted and followed established their family rule here, undermining both democratic principles and the trust of the populace.
